Our top attendees this week are Year 5 with 98.2% attendance. Well done!
Don’t forget that the clearup on the firework field in South Milford takes place this Sunday at 10am. It should only take 1 hour. The help we provide does influence the amount of funding given to the PTA so please do support us – thank you!
Children have brought home collection candles for the Children’s Society. This is our chosen charity for advent, and we will hand over donations at the Christingle service. Please do donate any spare change and return the candles by next Friday, 9th December.
We are having our Christmas Fayre on Saturday 10th December 12pm-2pm, come along and have a mince pie and cup of tea, have a look at our lovely stalls and visit Santa in his grotto.
We will have retiring collections after the Christmas productions, and all donations will be added to our collection for the Children’s Society. At the end of productions, parents attending may take their children (and siblings) home a little early if they wish to do so. All children should be collected from playground doors as normal.
As you know, Mrs Beck will be leaving us at the end of this term. Governors are delighted to have appointed Miss Amy Swales to work in our Reception class from January. Miss Swales is very experienced in working with young children and we are sure she will be an asset to our team.
Don’t forget that it is open classrooms after school next Wednesday, 7th December 3.30pm – 5pm.
There will be no Golden Table for the next two weeks due to the stage being up in the hall and the pantomime next week.
